As we walk into almost a full year of being in a pandemic, I’m sure many of us have noticed the effects of getting less movement and interaction. Drowsy, lonely, groggy. To combat this, I, for one, have started picking up my yoga mat more often to stretch and feel my legs again. Even just 10 minutes of exercise makes such a difference in how our bodies feel! It’s important for us to take active care of our bodies, especially while we continue to stay cooped up in our rooms. And it wouldn’t hurt to support brands that give back to the environment at the same time! In order for us to breathe, we need to wire our consuming, spending habits to help the Earth breathe again.
